File Un-Attach breaking the site

Hi, I am using the Theme Loook which relays 100% on your plugin… i am having an issue where 1 or 2 category page break, and do not even attempt to load… I can not figure any rhyme or reason to it… the site also does strange things i think are related to the plug in… currently this is the only plug in running as a test and this is the cause…

any ideas? old version ? beta version…. kinda screwed at the moment, the site goes live Wed and we have been in production for 3 weeks.
