Hello,
First off, I want to thank you for your fantastic plugin! I am actually using v3.4.8, but that does not appear as an option on this contact form.
Here is the issue: I am having a new problem where new sales are no longer showing up on the Sales page. Shortly after this issue arose (last week), I received the following message from PayPal, and I have to assume they are related:
“Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:
http://imgstore.trimark.cc/cart/shopping-cart/
If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.”
I don’t believe any options or settings were changed in the plugin admin interface that should have caused this, but I am certainly open to the possibility that it is something that we inadvertently changed.
