Many bugs in latest version – here they are

So just to add to the list for version 3.0.1 ( I’m using WordPress 3.3.1 and PHP 5.3 )

1) can’t delete pricelists
2) slideshow and pricelist links do nothing on store page
3) even after assigning gallery or store a ‘page template’ in store setting, it does not respect the setting ( in my case, setting a full width page template under both gallery and album resulted everytime in rendering with a template that had a sidebar )

I did fix number 3 above by creating a file called ‘single-ims-gallery.php’ in my theme folder, and copying the code from my full-width template.php page and pasting it in. I then selected ‘default template’ for album and gallery in the IMS store settings. I did not find this well-documented at all and had to go through tons of posts to find another person that pointed the way on it.

Also, using the shortcode as documented, I could not get a slideshow to show up in a page or post. When I used the TinyMCE button to insert the slideshow, it worked. When I looked under the HTML tab at the code that was generated – it was not the same as what was in the ‘usage’ or ‘docs’ files.

I think the documentation really needs to be updated and more extensive. I did not use version 2 so I can’t comment on it, but this plugin seems very buggy with errors in the documentation – I just hope it gets worked out. It is so well thought out ( theoretically ) and really addresses everything needed for a small photo store.

I was going to donate to the development, but couldn’t get it working properly…
