Orders not working if logged out

Hey there!!

I have a big problem with my image-store system:

I can place orders as long as i´m logged in as admin, but if anyone tries to place an order not logged-in, it does nothing!

The customer clicks on Submit order after entering all data, and then it says just “Your cart is empty”. There´s no email to the customer, no mail to me, and no entry in the backend!!

If i try the same logged in as admin again, everything works fine!!

So it has something to do with user-rights!?

Any help would be MUCH appreciated, because i have everything set up and found nothing similar for wordpress….
