The text area to write Terms and conditions in checkout tab doesn’t support the html format, and more doesn’t support the accents.
it should support accents, but you are right the field doesn’t support html, will try to implement a change on a feature release.
Right, it support accents but not the « ‘ », when I write for exemple j’ai, in the front end I read j\’ai.
Issue should be fixed in version 3.3.2
