Hi there, Great plugin! How do I create the option to purchase a downloadable photo or album? I saw somewhere about the link being sent to an email, but I don’t see any options anywhere to give the option to purchase a downloadable photo.
Downloadable images are controlled by the price list, next to each image size there is a check box that allows that image size to be downloadable when the user selects that size.
What we recommend is to create pixel size images for downloadable images, and to be sure that the original images that you upload are big enough to generate all desired sizes.
Tell me, is the downloadable image option work for you?
Is the link of image appear in the receipt e-mail?it does, but we are willing to look at your dev site to see if there is a conflict with another plugin or theme.
It doesn’t work for me. No download link is sent to the client. Even after switching payment to “completed” client does not get a link to download. Check box next to make downloadable is checked. Price list shows that it’s downloadable. You pick download in cart, checkout and a confirmation email is given but no link is ever provided.
It used to work before, after some updates it doesn’t. Same site.
We check again and it works for us, what gateway are you using paypal, email checkout or other?
Sorry I thought that I would receive an email when someone replied and I never saw these!
It doesn’t seem to really be working and the styles are all wonky on the Image Store landing page…

To get notification via email you need to subscribe at the bottom of the reply/topic post.
Are you using paypal?
As far as the gallery looks it all depends on the theme that you are using. If you want the gallery to look closer to ours you can use our Xclusive Theme Also we will release soon a Pro version with Image Store support.
