Image Download creates incorrect extension

I went ahead and created a new thread for this to post my testing on the updated version.

Chrome:

Left Click Download
Payment: Paypal live 0.00- Downloads as a file with .jpg extention
Payment: Paypal live > 0.00- Cant test on live
Payment: Email notification only 0.00- Downloads as a file with .jpg extention
Payment: Email notification only > 0.00- no dl link in the cart or client email to download

Right Click Save As
Payment: Paypal live 0.00- Downloads as an unknown file type and no opition on save to associate as a .jpg
Payment: Paypal live 0.00 > 0.00- Cant test on live

What my testing concludes is there are issues with all three browsers and IE 9.0 has no method to download an image as a .jpg. Also none of the handle the image download code the same. I would think they should all work at the least with a left click of the image download link. They should also work with a right click save as on all browsers.

Finally it looks like you can not use email notification as an option for downloads since any order over 0.00 will not provide a download link.
