Hi, I have another problem and its Image Store 3.2.5 thats causing the issue.
In a normal gallery when I click an image the lightbox appears but does not show the image. Instead it shows a rotating circle to show it is “loading” I have left it in this state for over an hour and nothing appeared. I then went to the plugins page and deactivated everything. It was only when image store was activated that this error appeared. i do not have any other lightbox type plugins on my system.

http://www.anthonydidsbury.co.uk/blog/animals/that is because you are linking your images to the image page not image file, if you want the images to open on the lightbox be sure that the images link to the file not to the page.
If you want to link to the page you need to disable the lightbox for the wordpress galleries under settings > galleries > Ligthbox for WP galleries
