Hi there,
Is there a way for me to change the cart headings? I’m from the UK and we spell color with a u! Also is there away to remove the finish column too?

The best way to change the labels is to use a translation file, we currently don’t have a en-Uk, but if you are familiar with the application poedit you can create your own.
If you are not using it you can hide it using css, but there is no option to do so.
