Hi there, we developed this site for a local photographer with the image store plugin so that people can order their photos online:

But if we set a gallery to be password protected, it disappears from the list. The direct URL works fine. How can we get all password protected galleries to appear alongside the rest of them? If you change it back to visibility:public it shows.
For instance this is a password protected gallery which works ok with the direct URL, but does not show up on the Image Store’s list of galleries:

since they are password protected galleries you don’t want them showing on other places you can send the user to the gallery url or user the login form created by the plugin.
When you install the plugin the plugin creates a “Secure Images” page this is the landing page for all your secure galleries you need to provide gallery ID and password to the customers.
If you deleted the page you need to create a new page and add this code.
[image-store secure=1]. After that, go to the image store settings and under “galleries” set the secure page to match the one above. This is only for redirect purposes.Hi Hadao design,

I am trying to do exactly the same thing and I tried using:
[ims-gallery id=0 layout=1 caption=1 orderby=date number=5 linkto=attachment]
I also tried:
[image-store list=23]
and:
[image-store secure=1]
The top two don’t work at all (I did try to change the gallery ID respectively) and the last one just give me the login prompt asking for the username and password to login to a gallery.
Your help is very much appreciated.

Oh, my private gallery (with last option posted) can be seen at:
[image-store secure=1]
As you can see, I don’t see thumbnails and that is what I need for my site.

Yes I do want them showing up along with all of the other galleries. Is there any way of doing this?

here is another option to display all galleries public and password protected galleries using the custom template and WP_Query
