I tried your suggestions, this is what i did:

1) I build a promotion with 100% of free

2) I put a price of 1$ for images available for download

3) I tried to use this set up but at the end of the transition I still don’t receive a link with the download, I receive a link but it doesn’t work, this is what I receive:
