Here’s something I haven’t found on this forum yet…
Anytime I place this widget in an area OTHER than the primary widget area, it does something very strange: every post that is listed in the widget *magically appears* at the bottom of the page, below the actual content, in order of appearance on the “most popular” list, and in full text.
I’ve troubleshot this error on multiple pages (static and blog), in multiple widget areas (including in custom sidebars with “Widgets on Pages”), with multiple themes (Artisteer-generated, Twenty Ten, and some freebies), AND even on multiple WordPress installations.
The error persists every single time this widget is used outside the Primary Widget Area, no matter what.
For reference, this is WordPress 3.4.1 on a Bluehost account with php version 5.2.17 and Popular Widgets v.1.5.5.
Is there any way around this? I’m desperate (if you can’t tell). 🙂
