After updating to 3.1.7, the buttons following “Checkout using:” on the Cart page have gone blank (input value= attributes are empty). We have PayPal and Email Only payment options enabled.

@Dave,

deactivate and activate the plugin to apply the plugin updates, if that doesn’t work try just re-saving your gateway settings. As a last resort, restore the setting to the default values.

Hi Hax, I tried the steps you mentioned and I still have blank buttons on the Cart page. I also noticed that the Expires date is now todays date instead of the date of the gallery expiration.
Any other options to look at ?

I am having the same problem – I did a separate post but don’t see my post showing up – so I’ll add here. Like suzt808 I tried your suggestions to Dave but those solutions didn’t work. Please advise.

are you using the multisite option for the plugin? if you do you need to update the settings for each site, try changing the gateway option and then switching it back.

also are you using other language than English? I just want to test all the possibilities.

I am not using multisite and only use English (as far as I know). In fact I don’t remember seeing a multi site option. So I am clear, when you say “update the gateway option” I want to make I am doing the right thing. I have switched from the “Paypal Cart Production (live)” option to the “Email notification only” option. Although the “Checkout using” button is still empty with this setting, it actually DOES link to the email form. However when I switch back to the “Paypal Cart Production (live)” option it reverts back to a blank “Checkout using” button with no link action. Again the site is http://www.capturedbykc.ca

@Matt,

try this, uncheck all options and just check wepay, save it then set it how you want it and then save it again. if you want send me a login information and I can check it out [email protected]

( I am not using multi-site and I am on an english as language)

Like the others, the problem persists:

Upgraded to 3.1.8
Deactivated image-store plugin
Activated image-store plugin
Unchecked Email and PayPal options; clicked Save
Checked Email and PayPal options; clicked Save
Buttons are still empty.

Please advise,

This is an issue only affecting the shortcode version of the cart, the fix is available on version 3.1.9
