After moving to 3.3.3 recently I am not able to receive any digital downloads if the order total is 0.00 after promotions are applied when checking out. I offer fixed prices a session of 400.00 to users that includes 20 digital images each being 20.00 a piece then offer a promotion to zero that out when they check out to be able to complete the transaction and download their images.
It seems that this no longer works anymore and you just get a email with a transaction number but no links to dl the images.
November 1, 2013 at 12:48 am #55203Xpark MediaKeymasterAre you using the email notification option? this the only fixed applied on v3.3.3 and users will not get a download link until payment is confirm.
If you still want the user to download the images without payment validation you can downgrade to 3.3.2 until we make adjustments.

November 5, 2013 at 7:26 pm #55263rtb1982ParticipantI am not using the email notification. I am using Pay Pal. In the past if there was a charge it would go to PayPal and then send the users back after the transaction was complete and get their download links.
If the amount was 0.00 after promotions applied then it would not send to PayPal and go to the web form that users see id you were using the email notification only method. I guess there you are saying there is some issue or change with the email notification which the 0.00 sale must be leveraging.
November 6, 2013 at 12:07 am #55264Xpark MediaKeymasterYou just have to delete the current files from your site and replace it with the older version, you can download older versions in the change log page just click on the version that you need.
We’ll test the issue, but if you are not using email notifications you should be fine using the previous version. If there is an issue it will be fix on the next release.
