look like your price list(s) are not set up properly, if you don’t want the download links to show uncheck the “Download” option next to the size name.

Yes, it will try to create the image at at the right dimension if the image is big enough, you should use this option only for digital images not print images.

To add a watermark use the image store options, your original images should not have a watermark.

can click not the download option, and get them via the email?
yes, just like you said unclick the option and once you get the email notification you can send the images manually.
