It is no longer possible to download the images in the email receipt, the link no longer appears. In the price list, all the images are checked downloadable.

what is the gateway that you are using?The client doesn’t have the link in the receipt email, this function previously worked.

How does one get download links in an e-mail receipt? This is -exactly- what I have been struggling to figure out.
We do NOT want to you a payment gateway… we just want to send an e-mail receipt with links to all the items the person added to their cart.
How do we do this?

The link there is in the receipt is not a link for the high resolution, but the link for the image that is in the album.
In the price list, there is a checkbox for download, I think that is what allows them to be included in the receipt.
In short, before my clients received the links to download the images they ordered for printing in the receipt before and I don’t know why this option does not work now…Only downloadable images will receive a link in the email, print images should be shipped by mail. If your user were getting links before this was a bug.
For the links to show in the email receipt, in your price lists you must have the downloadable option checked for those images sizes you want to provide a link.
Same thing, in your price lists, next to each image size there is a checkbox that allows the user to download the image. If your users pick the image size in their purchase the link will be available to them.
The links are provided only if the payment has been verified by the payment gateway (paypal, googgle, wepay, sagepay etc) since there is no way to verify payment using email checkout the links are not sent and the links must be sent manually.
This is exactly what I explain, the downloadable option is checked in the price list but the link doesn’t appear in the email receipt. Before this link appeared. I don’t understand why I can’t see this link longer.
what payment gateway are you using? paypal, googgle, wepay, sagepay that way we can test it and see if there is any issues.
if you are using email check out it will not work, also payment needs to validated before the links are delivered to the customer.
I offer the Paypal payment and this work well but that the client uses or not, the image link doesn’t appear in the email receipt.
I use email check out but why it will not work, it worked before, I don’t understand.Any other payment method should work, we can check the site for you if want. Please set us login information at [email protected]
If it worked before as we mentioned it was a bug, because usually user don’t want customer to have the images until they have confirm payment.

The downloadable option checked do what?
I thought this option enabled to insert a link to the image in the email receipt was like that before, but now I try to understand why it worked and now it does not work.do you have a test site that we can look at?
The download option should work if the payment is valid an you are not using the “email notification”.
If I don’t use the “email notification”, what do the download option?
The Paypal payment work very well. I have not changed anything in the settings, I made the last update of your plugin, and now the download image appears nowhere.
