A few problems post update

Good morning,
I was having issues showing my images, but your 3.1.3 update fixed it, so thank you.
I am, however, now having other issues:
1) After I rotate an image (and apply to all sizes), the images won’t show on the front end. On the back end, the images that I want to show have an “-exxxxxxxxxxxx” (x’s represents random numbers) after the actual image name. If I remove the added characters so that its just the image name, the image shows as the original and all changes are gone, and it still won’t show on the front end. (images that I never edited once uploaded show perfectly fine)
2) I am unable to add things to the cart. When I select an image and click “add to cart”, my url just changes to end in “#” but nothing happens.
3) When I log out, the URL goes to the gallery page then “/logout” and the page is white. It used to take me back to an actual page.
4) The lightbox feature does not work, it has a handful of issues but the graphics are messed up, and often doesn’t even show the image, so I have to leave it so that when the image is clicked it opens in the window.
Any ideas?
I have already refreshed, emptied caches, deactivated/reactivated, updated etc…
