    see if there is a /_imsgalleries under your main url folders not todaysurf?

    ok last thing to try upload the image store zip file and unpack it again and overwrite files maybe sometihing missing

    ok, I tried to upload a zip file and it worked, a new folder was created on my server _imsgalleries and the images are on the site.

    However, I still can’t upload single images and I need this more than the zip uploader option.

    Also I don’t see the Rich Text widget button that allows to add galleries to post.

    ok, now I created a new gallery and used the zip upload option and it works. the images are on the site and a new directory was created on my server _imsgalleries

    However, the single image uploader is still not working, nothing happens when I upload a new image.

    Also, I don’t see the Rich Text widget button that allows to add galleries to post

    I am testing the single image upload on my 2 test servers and it works just fine, and one of the is bluehost.

    Are you using multisite, and do you have any other plugins installed?

    Try to help her last night it will do a Zip folder and scan folder but when you upload a photo, it will show that the photo is uploaded 100% but won’t process it and create a folder.

    not sure what multisite is.
    I am just now starting to build the site and it is pretty much empty at this point.

    I am using the twenty eleven theme with the following plugins:

    Akismet
    Secure WordPress
    SlideDeck Pro for WordPress
    Wordpress Firewall 2

    The issue has been fixed on Image Store 3.0 RC2, the full release will be available in about a week.

    Was this thread ever resolved. Just installed 3.0.9 and having the same issue – can’t add images via zip or image uploader. Specifically I am receiving the message:

    Warning: copy(/var/www/vhosts/kushweddings.com/httpdocs/wp-content/_imsgalleries/alka&peter/AP0021,jpg)[function.copy]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /var/www/vhosts/kushweddings.com/httpdocs/x/wp-admin/includes/file.php

    When I then reload the gallery I can see the image details, but no thumbnail – the image is in the alka&peter folder within /_imsgalleries but there is no thumbs folder or thumbs image.

    Spent some time trying to debug this: Have uninstalled Image Store. Reinstalled. Reset. Reuploaded 3.0.9. Set all permissions to 777, set folders to 775, files to 644, really at wits end!

    Any resolution/suggestions?

    I’m having the same issue, uploading seems ok but doesn’t actually create the folder or upload anything! permissions are set to 777 but still nothing. I think this appears to be a more common problem than is realised and it doesn’t appear to have a solution?
