you may have a javascript issue in your page can you tell if you see any js errors? check is there is a cinflict w other plugins

I have only a “drag and drop” issue in my plugin interface in wordpress. Except this I have no problem that I could notice. So, what should I do?

it sounds like you do have javascript problems this will break other widgets not just the popular widget, find out which plugin is causing it and disable it and ask the developer to fix the problem
