Error 500 Scan

    Hello,

    With current Plesk with a dedicated server and I have a 500 error when I scan my file.

    Can you tell me where it may come from the php configuration.

    I tried on a shared server , its niquel walking in 30 seconds / 400 photos

    @gsimage,

    How big are your images and how many are in the directory? We think the issue is memory an not time out.

    Images 200ko-250ko
    Folder 50-1200 files

    if you increase the max memory limit it should work. do you know how to check your error log? it may have more information on the issue.

    Hello,

    I tried to load 10 photos , it works very well but it takes 30 seconds to miniaturize an image.

    It takes 30 seconds per image? or all images. Do you have any other image plugin in place? where you able to check the error log on the server.

    512M should be enough to process the images you described on your previous message. Are you images RGB or CMYK? Can you please provide information on PHP and GD module version. We will run a few tests.

    Hello,

    Yes the module takes 30 seconds per image.
