If possible can you try to see where the conflict resides in the headers etc. Then either you or I can post another thread on their support board to see if they can fix it?

I have again updated the Next-Gen Gallery and still have the same issue. Have you had a chance to look into this more so I can get back to the developer?

I would really like to get some information to resolve this issue as these are two widely used plugins. I fear eventually I would have to update my production site.
If you are unable to investigate this, I may end up having to revert my test site back to the old version of Next-Gen so I can test upgrading my production site to the current version of some other plugins including Image-Store.
We tested the two plugin together and we could not find an issue, it could be a particular setting for both of the plugins.
Any information on the error logs in your server will be very useful, or if you have a testing server and you can allow us to look at it, will be great too.

I realize that this is a free plugin, however do you plan to ever look into this issue? I guess I have no choice but to roll back my site as it doesn’t appear that I will be getting any assistance on this?
I don’t know if you never received them but I just went ahead and resent you the credentials to my test site.

Pass: in Email that I just resent.administration access is not enough, as I have mentioned before any information on your php error log will be useful.
