I check you site and you are getting a javascript error that is no allowing the correct popup box to open.

DId your theme included “colorbox” lightbox by default? looks like a javascript files for your forms are not loding either “wp-content/plugins/wordpress-forms/js/localization/en_US.js”.

Check the file if you still need help I will need back-end access to your site.

Thanks. The theme did not include ‘colourbox’, i’ve tried having a look at the files you mention but i’m having no luck. Do you need WordPress admin details? Shall i msg these to you? Thanks
