I have the same problem with order paid with Paypal, all the fields with information of client are empty.
I use WordPress 4.0 and Image Store 3.4.10 and the problem with the expiration date is still there, all galleries expired after several hours.
I need a new version fixed soon because my clients cannot see their gallery and it’s really really bad.
If I change the expiration date of a gallery already published, it does not work, the gallery doesn’t move in the galleries expired and remains accessible.
You really don’t know why the image link in the email notification doesn’t appear? I used this option during some months and now it doesn’t work, it’s really bad. What do the download option in price list?
In backend, when I click on Edit for the thumbnail of an image in the Gallery, I see the image, but in the Gallery page, the thumbnail doesn’t appear.
But I realize something, when I create a gallery and save it before adding image, the thumbnails appear and the name of Gallery is good.For the name of folder, when I create the gallery and save before adding image, the name of folder match, otherwise doesn’t match.
I have nothing in the error log.
How can I do to know the permisions?Tell me, is the downloadable image option work for you?
Is the link of image appear in the receipt e-mail?If I don’t use the “email notification”, what do the download option?
The Paypal payment work very well. I have not changed anything in the settings, I made the last update of your plugin, and now the download image appears nowhere.
