Also noticed a small strange thing that in Chrome the ‘exit gallery’ menu isn’t there but on firefox and also internet explorer it is!!
I’m trying to figure out why that might be?!
CathieHeartParticipantHi there Hax, I’ve launched a support case with ProPhoto and I’m hoping their fab wizz kid guys read this and hope to work with you to figure out where the problem is with showing the gallery thumbnails and links.
Thank you for all your support. I’ve a few clients lined up who really REALLY want to have a fully functional client proofing gallery and store for their websites.
Cathie.
CathieHeartParticipantHello? I’m still needing help with this please.
Thanks.
CathieHeartParticipantI’ve tried the following:
what should I really be using?
CathieHeartParticipantFound the fix .. should anyone be using ImageStore with ProPhoto4, you need this piece of CSS to make the images show up properly:
.ims-img img { width: auto; height: auto; }
Thanks
Cathie.
Ps. This support case can now be closed, with thanks.CathieHeartParticipant@Hax
I’ve checked all the settings and tried to run the ‘regenerate thumbnails’ plugin until I realised that the imagestore plugin doesn’t store the media with wordpress files but in its own gallery management way.
I’ve now created three sample galleries, one after resetting the imagestore settings to default and I still get images showing at only 1px.
What do I need to do to reset / fix this. I’ve edited the settings > images to be 900 px on their longest length but don’t know what else I can do.
Thanks
Cathie.
CathieHeartParticipantSorry I should have provided a link to the sample gallery I’ve built that doesn’t show any images: http://clientsof.theheartsdesign.com/RobGrimes/galleries/sam-paul-2012-wedding/
Thank you.
