Never mind…got it. My client (who had set up the promotion) included a “$” in the discount amount. I removed the “$” and decimal point and just put “30” in the box. That did the trick.
Thanks again for a great plugin and support.

dgladneyParticipantSorry, the code I’m trying is 30off. It’s supposed to remove $30 from the total price. I enter the code, update the cart, and it’s telling me the discount has been applied, but it’s not reflected in the total.
Thanks for getting back to me.

dgladneyParticipant* Meant to say I deactivated and activated the *plugin* when I updated it.
dgladneyParticipantI deactivated and activated the file when I updated it. Was there some other step I needed to take? What files should be deleted?
I checked the the color option–that’s not the issue. I’ve tested price lists both with and without color options.
Also, it’s not an issue with values being passed to Paypal. Even when there are no subtotals, shipping is still being calculated, so that should be passed to Paypal. Plus, I’ve tested it with the price lists that still work and calculate subtotals, and I still get the same message.
dgladneyParticipantHi,
I’m experiencing the same issue. I just updated to 3.1.4.

This is a client’s site and she can’t accept payments right now, so please get back to me ASAP.
Thanks,

I’d love to be able to set them back to Post Name, though, and those URLs are much nicer looking :). Please let me know if there’s a way to do this.
Thanks,
-DavedgladneyParticipantHi there,
Awesome, awesome plugin.
I’m having this same lightbox issue. I’ve tried updating the js file to no avail. I’m pretty sure it’s a plugin conflict with the Media Grid (http://bit.ly/M5nIWv) I have installed. Can you offer any guidance?
