mmm.. is weird I tested the plugin with similar setting on the cart and everything works fine, but yes there is a problem on your site. Try to reset all the setting to the default and re-save your price lists.
If not will have to take a look at your back end. What version for the plugin are you using?
I just installed and am experiencing a similar problem.
Basically nothing happens when I click on add to favs, select all, or add to cart. No error, just nothing. My site functions normally otherwise.

I have a custom theme, so tried using a default theme and the select all and add to favs works, but not the add to cart. Any particular direction would be awesome.
I tried disabling other plugins to the bare bones and resetting the plugin to default and still got the same problems.
