I am running wamp server in my computer and i am running wordpress and image store there if thats what you mean, but i do have internet access.

Am i understanding this correct ?
Is it different making a payment via http://localhost/wordpress/ and http://myiphere/wordpress/ ?

Are you perhaps implying that if i try it on a hosting site, that it will work ?
