    Hi,

    The checkout email sent to me to confirm an order is completely blank. I’m at a loss as to why. The receipt to the customer is complete, it is just my order email which is blank.

    @ombit,

    be sure that the “Order Notification message” message is not empty settings > checkout. If you do have content reset all settings to the defaults, it may be a corrupt setting.
