issue 1 and 3 have been resolved please download version 3.2.5.

Issue 3 is really not and issue since you already checkout and you are selecting new image this becomes a new transaction and it does not maintain information on previous transactions.

User will still be able to download the images via their email receipt if you have the option checked.
