this is do to the template that you are using, albums will use the taxonomy.php /taxonomy-ims_album.php template on your theme if you don’t change the template.

The only way to have image store control the display is if you use your “page.php” template for display. Otherwise you need to create your own template. There is an example template in image-store/theme that you can use.
