please HELP!

last night I have got photos purchased from my website, I get notification of payment from PayPal, but I never got notification from Image Store, and it does not appear in Image store from dashboard. today got another sale, but I knew which file it is, so sorted. the order from last night I can’t see and don’t know what photos are sold, but I need to print them ASAP!
please help!
all updated, both IS and WordPress.

none of images were deleted from page, so this is not the reason!
