Do I know what is “Album”, is to group galleries? If so, how does it work? I would really like to bring together various galleries on the same page, it would be very useful for me.
yes, albums and tags allow you to group multiple galleries into while galleries allow you to group images. Think about albums like you do post categories.
The album display is controlled by your theme, and in the setting > groups you can change the template you want to use for their display.
