Digital download added to cart as digital download in

I’m also having this same issue.

I have tried creating a pricing option for each (px, in, cm) and attempting to see if it would change once in the cart, but it doesn’t. Each time it shows ‘in’ which is not allowing my customers to download. (Which is all I offer)

Please help! You have the best Image Store plugin for what I need, and it’s not working!

The issue was not related to the image size but the overall checkout process the issue should have been revolved in version 3.2.5, also remember the the download link is presented to the user only when the payment transaction has been confirmed.

If the image sizes on the price list is showing “in” you can change this by creating a new image size using “px” and drawing the new size to the price list and checking the download option

i dont know if it’s the same issue maybe i just dont get the point how it should work. for me if a user chooses email notification he is able to download the choosen image size in my case 800px … the image link inside the notification has the value 800px as size but the downloaded file is still the preview size of in my case 690px as choosen in plugin settings….

if i take a look at the server folder using ftp there are only 690px width images … no 800px or other sizes…

whats wrong here? if the user cant download the size he payed for i cant sell anything. also i cant see a loginpage where a user is able to see his purchases or download files… or check the status of his order? how is this done?
