    There is an issue with the stored images.

    Original images stored for example on /_imsgalleries/gallery-2133 and resized images on /_imsgalleries/gallery-2133/_resized

    The issue is that original image (for example STN_0720.jpg) is stored in both locations and wastes more disk space than needed.

    no, is not an issue is set up that way to be able to scan the images again if you need to rescan the galleries, but I do realize that I could save server space by not saving the original in the _resized folder, and I am making that change on 3.0.0. if you want to received the latest updates follow me on Twitter or Google+

    This problems, has been addressed, the plugin no longer requires the duplicated images, if you want to reduce the space on your server intall image store 3.0 and you are going to have to rescan all your galleries it will remove all unwanted images and just leave the ones needed by the plugin
