It looks like now in the 3.2.3 that the first digital download i add to cart (in this case was the first image) it did it still asked for the shipping to be applied. I then removed it from the cart and added the same digital image again and it did not ask for shipping. I logged out and back in and tried again on anothe rimage and sure enough the first image i add to card as a digital does the same thing.
Like in 3.2.2 it seems like the first digital download you select makes asks you to include shipping but after that it does not. In the past if your cart only contained digital downloads even one on the first time you added to card it would not even have a shipping option which makes sense as the delivery is electronic. The moment you added at least one print then it would include the shipping option.if you any image that is not downloadable it will apply the shipping value if you dont want to use shipping at all you can disabpe shipping completly
The image that im trying to add is a edigital copy and downloadable.
To test this i selected a single digital download/ downloadable image.
The first time i try to add a digital download to cart it is still trying to apply shipping. If i remove the same image from the cart go back into the gallery and add it back to the cart as a downloadable image it then displays correctly with no shipping.
All digital images i add after that do not apply shipping (unless i add a print as that is expected)
If i close out the browser clear cache and start over i can repeat the same behavior each time. So it appears that there is an issue when adding the FIRST digtial copy/downloadable image to the cart.
