Hi,
I don’t find any setting to create download links? Where can I maintain this? Is it possible to allow download and other formats (like sending printed products)?

You can control the download size/products in the price list, just check the box next to the image size on the price list. This will indicate that the size is a downloadable image and when the users selects the size, checkout and the transaction is not pending they will be presented with the download link and it will be also be emailed
