Image Download creates incorrect extension

After completely removing and reinstalling the plugin the image download worked with Firefox portable with a left click and a right click. I will do more testing when I get home tonight with Firefox 15, IE9.0 and chrome.

After more testing with IE, Firefox and Chrome they all look to be working now for the downloads after a complete removal and re install of the plugin in 3.1.5. Thanks for fixing this!
