I setup a download option within the checkout, but the download links that are given to the customers open a blank page. They worked when I first setup the galleries. I am now getting messages from all my customers stating that the links don’t work and I can’t figure out why since I haven’t changed anything. Today I tried updating both WordPress to 3.5.2 and Image Store from 3.2.9 to 3.3.0 but the same issue is still there. Is there a fix for this?
Here’s an example of download link:

Thanks for your response.
The links are not working at any time. I just submitted another test order and the download links are still blank. With 3.3.0 I tried creating an account and the same problem occurs with the download links in the users control panel. Here’s a fresh link:
Thanks.
June 25, 2013 at 11:34 pm #53568Xpark MediaKeymasterThe issue could be your image size, sz=LowResDownload, the size should be in a “numberXnumber” format, if you still want to use the LowResDownload name allow the users to download the full image in settings > galleries.
Also the issue could be fixed by setting the right width in height in for the LowResDownload size.

Thanks for your response. Still no luck. I tried resetting all the settings and starting from scratch but the download links still don’t work. I don’t understand why they did originally and without changing anything they suddenly stopped.
The download full image has always been checked and I tried changing the name to “numberXnumber” but the same thing happens. Low Res Download is set as the checkout name, not the size. Why does it show as the ‘sz’ in the link?
Here are the test links I just checked out with:

Are you getting no download at all or are you just getting the low resolution image? Do you see any errors on the server? Are the images big enough to generate the full image?
