When downloading an image after payment, the file extension is invalid. Need to choose a program to open the file. Irfanview opens the file but display warning box: invalid extension!
Check and be sure that your images have the extension on the sever and they have the right file permisssions
I’m still getting this problem after 3.1.5 just gets the file downloaded with an unknown file extension in IE and Firefox. Works in Chrome.
Like Before
Now on 3.1.5 I can dl the files like i could in the previous version however i still have the issue where IE 8 or 9 and firefox downloads the jpeg as a unknown file type with no extension.
If i go in and rename the files as to add a .jpeg extention they open fine but clients are confused by this.
If i instead right click the links and do a save as it will correctly associate with a jpeg and open fine but clients tend to just left click and download the images.
I do not have any of these problems with chrome meaning i can left click or right click download and it works either way.
I will try to remove and re install the plugin completely later today. I opened a separate thread with the exact testing and all the results.
