Hi
Firstly, great plugin!
I am having a bit of trouble with the touch-overlay not loading the images. I’m getting an 500 internal server error. I have created a mirror of the site on a another server and here I get no errors, so I know its setting with the server.
However, before I’ll try to debug it, have you any idea of what it might be?
I have checked the support forum and found a similar topic:
https://xparkmedia.com/support/topic/image-previews-wont-load/And I have tried the solutions you suggest there.
The memory limit is set to 512 MB and I have also defined that in wp. Still not loading.
The chrome debug console displays the following:
GET http://dagslys.nu/wp-content/plugins/image-store/image.php?i=pnyicqGxiA 500 (Internal Server Error) jquery.js?ver=1.10.2:4

Could you provide a link to your site to look at it?

Weird thing is that I moved the whole site to a different server with a new host, just a plain copy paste of the files and import of the db, and it seemed to do the trick for many of the pictures. However, the problem persist for some of the pictures.
November 6, 2013 at 11:02 pm #55275Xpark MediaKeymasterWe couldn’t see the gallery in your site, it requires login information. If most of the images are working and some are not it could be a cache issue. To fix it try changing a setting on the settings page and then change it back.
This will refresh the cache time on all the images.

I disabled the varnish cache on the server and it might have had an effect because all images are loading fine in the preview mode now.
However, I got one funny issue which you might have a quick answer for. The original size images are uploaded in 640×427 px, the image preview size is set to max width: 1000px and max height: 800px but some gallery previews show an image of 380×253 and some are shown at the original size (which they all should). The problem persists for complete galleries and not only for single images within a gallery.
Is there a way to tell the image.php file to always use the original size in preview mode?
Thanks again for all your help.
November 14, 2013 at 1:39 pm #55302Xpark MediaKeymasterif you have images that are not displaying a the proper size they may be images that you uploaded before (old image) you change it to 640×427 px.
You can re-scan the gallery and it will regenerate the images at the proper size. the image.php file is use for hide your original image url, add a watermark and apply color filters but it doesn’t resize the image.
