Hi,
I have just upgraded to version 3.1 but now the images aren’t showing up. I have added a new gallery and images but the same problem. I have also tested this with Twenty 10 and 11 the default WP themes buy no success?

Nicholaif you upgraded, make sure you deactivate and activate the plugin to apply updates. If you have a cache plugin clear the cache. and refresh your permalink structure. A link to your site will be helpful also
same problem here. and also names of gallery is not showing,…
img_.. had to be name of gallery.. but as you see it’s wrong. and in many galleries there is no pics, only numbers.. screenshot below

@nadia I checked your site and it looks good to me, what browser are you using? try clearing your browser cache.
it is not good on your screenshot at all.
1. instead of Img_xxx there had to be name of galleries. click on picture and you will see it’s album, not just picture.
2. on the right column where widgets there had to be thumbs for image store
3. cart is not updating anymore correctly, tried many times
using to Mozilla, G.Chrome, and Int. Explorer.
all they show up same mistake with cart and gallery view.please fix it please! my customers are ringing me unpatient.
or may be I can go bac to previous version somehow? newbie in Wp. thanks
to help you find problem did screenshots of cart:
1. I choose picture to put in cart> cart, it shows 1, but I want to put for example two or 0 to delete.. UPDATE CART and it throws out of page to main..2. I go back to albums, finding cart, I see there is that picture I updated shows amount 00.00€ ..

I was using Safari the log in to your site did not work with that browser ….so as I was saying I am also having the same issue with my galleries the names are not showing up I tried the turn off turn on bit and dumped the cache and tried different browsers and no gallery names … Version 3.1.0 update today. Also noticed that in the gallery then select a photo and that does not show up either you can add to cart and that will go and work but then when adding a discount code ….. noticed that after adding to cart and putting in my discount code (flower) it does take the shipping off but when going to paypal it takes an additional discount of shipping charge in this case $3 dollars and shows as an item total of $7 off of a $10 dollar item and then adds a shipping and handling charge of $3 to total 10 ?

Im also having the same issue with no images. Red x with the image name in IE and and White box with image name in chrome.
I had the same issue in the latest R2 release and i posted it as a bug but it may have been too late before the 3.1 version went live.
You can check my site http://www.elizabethbphoto.com and use the credentials that i gave your during the R1 and R2 testing. if you need me to send you those credentials again let me know by sending an email
Kinda the same problem, I’ve got the thumbnails, but as soon as I click on them to get the full size preview image I get “This image failed to load.” instead of the image I’m trying to use.
Happens in both Art Galleries and Client Galleries, I’ve purged all galleries from the page cashe, cleared my cashing plugin, deactivated and reactivated the plugin.
Kind of at a loss as to what to do next
@nadina the galleri title is a bug and it only if you are using the sortcode, it will be fix on the next release. The cart updated is an issue on your site. try updating your permalink.
@FCoppola, @rtb1982 looks like the issue not displaying the image is only on the preview size, maybe because of the watermark. Do you see any errors on your server log?The image not displaying, looks like is a image watermark issue, make sure that the image used has the full path in the settings.
