I’m a longtime user of Image Store. Really like the plugin, thankyou so much for creating it!
I have a client who wants to be able to tag images individually so they can be searched from wordpress. Galleries can already be tagged, but I need EACH individual image to be tagged aswell.
I have created the search by tag functionality, but am struggling to add a ‘tags’ field to the images uploader, that saves the tags in a correct array.
Can you help me on this? Or is this functionality planned for the near future?
It would be great if you could let me know as soon as possible, as I am desperately trying to add tag functionality, but not having much success.

To add tags to individual images you can extend the “ims_image” custom post, the problem is displaying the tags on the save screen as the image store. You can use a custom post plugin to accomplish it or the Image Store APIIf you want to extend the plugin with out loosing any changes when you update the plugin, please use the plugin API
