I am having a few issues with version 3.3.0 in Image Store. The first is the additional comments section for checkout. I have customers placing notes in this section and when they go forward through Paypal ( Paypal Cart Production Live ) the notes get lost.
The second is the sales panel within the Image Store. When a purchase is made through the site I get a paypal notification but nothing within the sales panel.
Hoping these are an easy fix. Thanks

We found the issue and we will provide a fix in one or 2 day through wordpress update.
Today I experienced the same issue with my Sales panel. Paypal gave me the info, but it didn’t populate in the Image Store sales area. I was using 3.3.0 and updated to 3.3.1 while trying to find a solution to my problem.
Is 3.3.1 a fix for this issue? I don’t think it mentioned anything about the sales panel in update information.
My customer placed their order and it still does not show up in the sales panel. Also the additional comments still do not come through after the most recent update
3.3.1 fixed the additional information issue.

We tested the functionality and it is working, be sure that you did not set up a IPN url in your paypal account.If you see any error in your error log that will be helpful. what other plugins are you using?
I do not have a IPN on my account. Cant seem to make it work. Still no additional comments coming through as well
there is not much we can do without additional information, like theme and other plugins that you are using.
Did you try deactivating some of the other plugin to see if there is an issue? if your server is rejecting all pins none of the data including email notifications will work.
