if you use the same slug for galleries and image or event other content type you are going to have conflicts.
Make sure that your albums, galleries and images have a unique slug

I have not used same slug between gallery, image or event now. but I may had used same slug in the past.
I changed the slug to other one. and optimized and repair the DB with WP-DBmanager.
Now that redirection don’t occur again.I couldn’t find the right cause of that. But anyway, I solved problem.
