Need albums to show as parent in default image-store page

I saw some of the other posts, and I’ve been reading about creating a taxonomy.  I’m having trouble understanding how to do that.  Right now when I click on the link to my shop, it includes all the galleries.  I’m about to add a different event and need the images to show up under albums that way the customers can click on their particular event.

Can someone help? Has someone created this for their page that can walk me through it?
