No subtotals in shopping cart

Hi,

Since update, there are no item subtotals in shopping cart. Individual unit prices appear, but no subtotal prices for items and no order subtotal.

My client cannot accept payment right now, so please get back to me ASAP.

One thing I’ve noticed–it seems all new price lists include a blank price option for $0.00 when adding an image to cart. Does this have anything to do with it? Old price lists do not include this option, and subtotals seem to appear when these price lists are applied.
