No matter what i do there are no thumbnails showing on my galleries.
Tried several troubleshooting solutions shared on this forum like indenting on image.php, editing admin.php, adding CSS, rescaning folders, etc. but no thumbnails are displayed on the galleries.I´m on a wordpress multisite with no errores displayed on the gallery pages on the error console of my web browsers.
Any help? I find this plugin very useful but not being able to display the thumbnails on my galleries is “no no” for my use.

Can you provide a link to your site? Do you see any error in your server’s log?
July 16, 2013 at 6:59 pm #53813mrdaresParticipantdid you click the “hide picture link” check box along with “hide slideshow link” in settings?
July 23, 2013 at 4:40 pm #53927bennychainsParticipantSame problem here, and same problem i have had with this plugin. Worst support ever. If this plugin worked, it would be perfect.
July 24, 2013 at 1:11 am #53932Xpark MediaKeymasterCan you see the image if you go to the image link?

August 19, 2013 at 8:30 pm #54709glsonnParticipantDid you try uploading photos with the “browser uploader” instead of the default multi-file uploader?
Multi-file didn’t actually load the pics for me, but the browser method did. Now it works as expected.

I am having the broken thumbnails issue in my image store gallery, favorites and checkout page but images do appear in the slideshow.
I have tried browser uploader
I have tried rescanning
I have tried force regenerate thumbnails/flushing cache
I have tried deactivating nextgen gallery
I can’t see any errors generated in the firefox console.Using default theme
Using IMstore v3.3.2
See http://www.themoonlightstudios.net/phpinfo.php for shared server detailsLink to a test gallery on my site:
———————————-
http://www.themoonlightstudios.net/galleries/test-gallery/photosWhen I use chrome inspector to look at the html I notice the difference between the URLs used for each page:
DOESN’t LOAD:

http://www.themoonlightstudios.net/wp-content/plugins/image-store/image.php?i=lmh8m6SoLOADS:

http://www.themoonlightstudios.net/wp-content/plugins/image-store/image.php?i=lmh8m6SmqpQI am tempted to learn how to write a javascript snippet that rewrites the src attribute of the thumbnails by removing 1 letter from the end of the url string and adding “mqpQ” which, when done manually, does the trick..
Do you think I need to go to this extent?
The perfect solution for me would be to DISABLE image encryption.. maybe this could be a feature request?
Any help that leads to a solution will definitely result in a donation on my part.
Cheers,

I can upload and I see all images in backend in the gallery by I don’t see any images frontend, but I’ve made some upload in the past and everything worked, and I’m also using the plugin in my site to make sales and I really need it to work, it is a business!! Please help me rapidly Hax!!
September 22, 2013 at 6:44 am #54996carobParticipantGalleries created a month ago work well, it is only that created now that do not work and even disabling NextGen it does not work, then I do not think this is a conflict with this plugin.
September 23, 2013 at 1:56 am #55008Xpark MediaKeymastersorry, we now that this is impacting your business but without some sort of server error information is hard to know what the issue is.
We could login into your site and look at the issue internally, if there is a conflict with other plugin or an issue with your installation we will have to charge you.
If we find that there is bug on the plugin we will not charge at all.

I disabled almost all plugins including NextGen, and it has not changed, I still do not see the images. I can send you the URL of my website in private, maybe you might see something.
What’s weird is that I still see the first galleries I created there about a month, they work well, but with the news that I create, I am unable to see the images on frontend of the site.September 24, 2013 at 10:42 pm #55017Xpark MediaKeymasteryou can send the information to [email protected]
October 14, 2013 at 5:45 am #55148graecynParticipantHello,
This plugin has worked perfectly up until this latest update on October 13th. Now, the images are no longer displaying in neither the gallery page nor the shopping cart, but do display in the slideshow. The code I’m seeing generated on the image gallery page is:
<a data-id="mWOJ" href="http://www.littlelamplight.com/wp-content/plugins/image-store/image.php?i=mWOJrZg" class="url fn item-url ims-touch-0" title="Emily & Richard – 1" rel="bookmark"><img src="http://www.littlelamplight.com/wp-content/plugins/image-store/_img/1x1.trans.gif" alt="1x1.trans Emily & Richard | Engagement" role="img" title="Emily & Richard | Engagement"></a> <img src="http://www.littlelamplight.com/wp-content/plugins/image-store/_img/1x1.trans.gif" alt="1x1.trans Emily & Richard | Engagement" role="img" title="Emily & Richard | Engagement"> </a>
What it looks like is that the link is being generated properly, but the image thumbnail (img src) is not.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
October 16, 2013 at 12:35 am #55150Xpark MediaKeymasterWe looked at your site and the images look fine, and we don’t see any issue with the image tag either. Can you provide a link to the problem page?
