I have a default shipping for local of 3.00 and Out of state for 5.00 and Pickup of 0.00
Say i have a picture fore 10.00 ordered.
By default it puts the total at 10.00 + 3.00= 13.00
If I change the shipping to Out of State or Pickup it is not applying and adjusting the total to 10.00 or 15.00
