Site pagination only works with the default permalinks (which is not very SEO friendly), any of the others don’t work.

I had same pagination problem. I couldn’t change permalinks bc my clients still use that custom ones… Now I did switch off Image-store and pagination works. I’m willing to make some more testing on 3.0RC1 and I hope it will sort things out as I spent many hours on translation and customization on v.2.2.2 for my website: http://pofoto.pl
Yup still having this issue, can’t figure out where the problem is. I will turn off permalinks for now. Any help greatly appreciated.
try using Image store 3.0 RC2, and when you install the plugin refresh your permalinks, and where are you having problems on post or custom post types?
