Hi,
Thanks for your plugin which is good for photographers.
I’d like to use only email checkout, but if I do so no email is sent to the customer after the checkout, and no ID information (first name, surname, adress, …) is registered in the “sales” part (only his email address). No email is sent to me neither… The “email receipt” is activated.
I’m using it on local (xampp).
Help would be appreciated !

I have the exact same problem. The order shows up in ‘Sales’, but only the client’s email is showing. Customer, Adress and Phone are all blank…
I’m using it on a live server.
Any ideas?

March 14, 2013 at 3:54 pm #52557vinnihParticipantI just updated the plugin to the latest version and there is some progress, but we’re not quite there yet. The customer name and phone n° are now filled in as well as Shipping Adres 2, but Shipping Adress (the street name) is still blank…!
Hopefully this can be solved as well…

But still no email to seller and buyer.
February 26, 2014 at 10:13 pm #52546gugusParticipantI forgot to precise that the question was already asked a few month ago (https://xparkmedia.com/support/topic/cant-save-phone-adress-and-city-field-with-my-customer/#post-50906) and seemed to be solved with your 3.1.9 quick fixes, which I guess are now implemented in the 3.2.5 version I’m using… So where could this problem come from?
